Cancun

So, these pictures are all messed up and out of order. Oh well. I will do the best I can. As I said before Mexico was fun. even though we did forget a stroller. EmmaLynn might have had better naps had we remembered it. The Second day we were there we went to the Mayan ruins. I felt like I was in that disney movie "Road to El Dorado"  If you have seen it you would know what I am talking about.  I also thought about the Book of Mormon and the Lamanites and Nephites. It was interesting to kind of compare the knowledge I had of the Book of Mormon to the "Mayan Legends" Although my mind kept going back to the movie... hehe, I just thought it was funny how everything was just like the movie.. something I had seen before.. I am so silly huh?

EmmaLynn finally crashed once we were leaving the ruins. We got some good deals with the little guys at the markets there.

We were standing on the playing field in front of where they would sit.... you know to watch the game... the one with the ball; where they had to use their hips and shoulders to put it through the hoops that are really high up... 

Here is the pyramid they had to climb the stairs to the top.. that is where they sacrificed people at the top... and in the movie it was where the two friends stayed. hehe...

We have more pictures, but we left our charger for the camera at Dan's parents house and while we were downloading pictures the camera died... so we have to wait for the charger before we can download more pictures.  We have some fun pictures on the resort too.
